From Bland to Grand is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Manager who is passionate about transforming social media presence from ordinary to extraordinary. If you have a knack for capturing audiences with compelling content and are a wizard at video editing, we want you on our team.

⭐️Key Responsibilities:

✔️Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

✔️Create and edit engaging video content using Adobe Premiere and CapCut.

✔️Can create and edit on Canva

✔️Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies across different platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.

✔️Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community environment.

✔️Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

⭐️Requirements:

✔️Proven experience in social media management and video editing.

✔️Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and CapCut for video editing tasks.

✔️Must have at least 20 hours available weekly; open to transitioning to full-time for the right candidate.

✔️A strong portfolio showcasing your social media and video editing skills.

✔️Active and knowledgeable about social media trends across various platforms.
