Cold food was at temperature and hot food was at temperature and the place is clean. 😍😍

For any of our travelers that were out in Terlingua during the Chili Fest! Read this if you were out in the area and purchased anything from Cottonwood General Store. Thank you Cottonwood for sharing.

October 31, November 1-4 we had a problem with our card processing company, Vendara, and 900-1000 card purchases that we accepted did not get processed to our customers or our account. There were many other businesses involved. As requested, we photo copied the receipts for those days and sent them to Vendara. These receipts are now being processed which is the reason that you are now seeing them on your statements. Please check these receipts against your previous statement for October 31 till November 4 to be sure they have not been duplicated. We do not know how long the process will take so continue to review your monthly statement. We at Cottonwood apologize for this incident. Hopefully this be over soon. Any questions may be directed to the accounting department. The store number is 432-371-3315. Thank you.
