Last month my client and former client-worker, closed on his first home. 🙌🏼 In a competitive market our ultimate goal was to have moved them in before his baby was born, so I guided them accordingly and ! 🦸🏻‍♀️

Since closing they’ve already celebrated
1) his birthday 🎂
2) the birth of his first-born son 👶🏻🍼
3) a holiday 🦃

It was here that I learned how much I enjoyed the process of helping others choose their perfect home. To this day, I still help people find rental homes as well as buying. I have a deep understanding of a renter lifestyle. I will help you rent smart until you’re ready to buy. Buying is the biggest transaction of your life. In San Antonio’s market today, multiple offer situations are a common thing. You need a superhero in this part of your journey to negotiate the best deal and ensure you get the most home for your dollar. Just call me your home-guide.

Beyond that is a moment in your journey where life says, it’s time to sell home. In San Antonio’s market today, it’s a hot one for sellers. It’s important to be informed and prepared to list your home competitively. Some call me the superhero of listing, I just say “in life, it’s important we know our own worth and aren’t afraid to claim it.
