Livingston author Callan Wink tours western Montana - making stops in Bozeman, Helena, Hamilton, and Missoula to present his new novel Beartooth: A Novel.

Wink’s novel is a cinematic and propulsive story about two survivalist brothers living on the edge of poverty in the wilderness near Yellowstone Park. When the two are lured into committing a crime that promises a lucrative payout, the brothers can’t resist the temptation despite staggering odds and enormous risk. A riveting novel evoking timeless voices of the American West from John Steinbeck to Cormac McCarthy, Beartooth is a compelling story about brotherhood, survival, revenge and escape.

Montana State University Science Night

Thursday, Feb. 6, 6-7:30 p.m., MSU Strand Union Building (SUB) Ballrooms

Join us for a fun evening of hands-on educational activities in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Circulate at your own pace through various engaging demonstrations and experiments in a science festival atmosphere. The evening will help kids and adults learn more about science in a fun and easy-to-understand format. An adult must accompany children. Free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
