At the advice of series, we visited The new & improved and it was amazing‼️ I forgot to take pics of the inside, but it has a more upscale look with a beautiful outside patio area.

A lot of the old charm is there like the wall art. Oh, and parking is MUCH better than when it was off Broadway.

The most important part was the food was on point. It reminded me of how it was wayyy back in the day.

The staff was very hospitable, the atmosphere and music was really nice, too. They probably have the best sweet tea I've ever had. Last but not least, the portions of the sides were very generous. IMO, sides are the best part of Soul Food so that was extra points in my book!
I'll be going back forsure. 🤤 Go check it out for yourselves.
