Dum Talk is the brain child of one of television producer and film entrepreneur Preston Hazard (me). While nothing excites my multitalented team and I more, then the daily journey of producing the Amazon Prime exclusive series, “Fundamentally Cynical”. It sometimes feels like our own ideologies, inside jokes, and personal opinions get buried in the “grave” that is the mainstream media industry. I was fed up with it, we honesty couldn’t speak our minds the way we wanted without someone from the network shooting us one of those “disappointed soccer mom” looks. We were all “dum-founded” (see what I did there)! That’s why I took matters into my own hands, and created an outlet, that allows all of us to connect with our fans, in a more personal way.
