Kita discussing her new business venture and the importance of wellness, self care, healing and growth.

Kita, known as Lady, is a native of Washington, DC. Through working in the Sport and Event Planning industry, she quickly saw how high-stress environments can take a toll on mental health and began to to educate herself on Mental Health, Stress Relief, & Holistic Healing Practices.

During this process, Kita created Self-Care Calendars as a means to combat her Anxiety & Depressed states. She believed that if we could visually see our lack of self-care, we could actively work to fix it.

After a few months of using the calendar, Kita lost 30lbs. So she decided to share it with the world. She encourages everyone to take a moment for theirSELF using A Lil Self-Care calendar....because we can not pour from an empty cup!
