South Carolina Athletics announced the return of its free concessions promotion at Colonial Life Arena today. The promotion will run for three Gamecock basketball home games over the holiday break that take place from Dec. 22-30.

During the free concessions promotion, hot dogs, regular fountain sodas, popcorn and bottled water will be free for all fans. For each transaction, fans can get one hot dog, popcorn and one regular fountain soda or bottled water for each ticket they have for that game. Fans can visit the concession stands an unlimited amount of times throughout the game.

At each game, the free concessions promotion will end at the under 12-minute media timeout of the second half for men’s games and the end of the third quarter for women’s games.

To access the free concessions promotion, fans must utilize the Forever Garnet App.

The games included in this promotion are:

Men’s Basketball vs. SC State – Monday, December 22 at 4 p.m.
Women’s Basketball vs. Providence – Sunday, December 28 at 12 p.m.
Men’s Basketball vs. Albany – Tuesday, December 30 at 6 p.m.

Clemson Football and the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl today announced that the Tigers will face Penn State in the 2025 edition of the game at Yankee Stadium in New York City on Saturday, Dec. 27. Kickoff is slated for noon ET on ABC.

Clemson fans are encouraged to stay tuned to ClemsonTigers.com for more information on the 2025 Pinstripe Bowl. The deadline for IPTAY donors to request tickets is 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Dec. 10; donors will receive an e-mail with more information later today. Limited availability in the Clemson seating section may be available after the IPTAY deadline. "We are super excited to accept our invitation to the Pinstripe Bowl to be able to play in historic Yankee Stadium, to have Christmas in New York and to play a historic opponent like Penn State,” Head Coach Dabo Swinney said. “I’ve been to a lot of bowls in my life as a player and coach at Alabama and as a coach at Clemson, but this is the first time in my life that I've had the opportunity to play in a bowl in New York City.

Construction Begins on Williams-Brice Stadium Reimagination Project

COLUMBIA, S.C. (Dec. 5, 2025) — Construction activity is now underway on the Williams-Brice Stadium Reimagination Project, marking a major milestone in the transformation of one of college football’s most iconic venues. As equipment arrives on-site and initial demolition begins, visible progress will be noticeable from outside the stadium in the coming days and weeks.

Phase 1 of the Williams-Brice Stadium Reimagination Project will be the renovation of the general concourses and the student section and will be completed by the start of the 2026 football season.

Early construction in Phase 1 includes key demolition work across several areas of the stadium:

East Ground Level Slab demolition
Southwest Ramp demolition
Floyd Building demolition
All major demolition work is expected to be completed by January 5
