What can I say about 2025?

First and foremost, thank you to my staff—none of this would have been possible without each and every one of you. This year was defined by sadness, sacrifice, and solidarity, but also by growth, purpose, and resilience.

We proudly completed our third annual Media Academy, which gave birth to Sports & Culture Jr. That program has truly humbled me. Watching young students live out their dreams as members of the media reminded me why we do this work. Because of Sports & Culture Jr., we were also able to expand our footprint into the Myrtle Beach area and Rock Hill, South Carolina, bringing opportunities, exposure, and access to even more young people across the state.

2025 also brought unforgettable opportunities—sitting down with a Hall of Fame coach, gaining wisdom from someone who has reached the pinnacle of the game, and watching members of Sports & Culture grow in real time as they covered media days and championship games. Seeing our team operate confidently in those spaces was a full-circle moment.

We continued to strengthen our relationships with Clemson University and local high schools across the great state of South Carolina, expanding our reach and impact. Through DL6, we were able to branch into the scouting department, opening doors to new opportunities and growth.

Because of the support from The Carolina Law Group, we expanded beyond what we once imagined—including taking our first-ever trip to Yankee Stadium, a milestone moment for our brand.

2025 was a great year—challenging, meaningful, and rewarding.
And we’re not slowing down.

We’re kicking off 2026 with a HUGE announcement…
Stay tuned.

Head Coach Dabo Swinney announced today that Garrett Riley and Mickey Conn will not return to Clemson’s coaching staff in 2026. Full comments from Swinney on the personnel changes are included below.

COMMENTS FROM CLEMSON HEAD COACH DABO SWINNEY:

“I have made the decision to make a change at offensive coordinator. This was a very difficult decision. These decisions are never easy, especially when you really love and care for the people that are involved, and I deeply love and care for Garrett Riley and his family. At the end of the day, we just did not get the production and the results that we needed, and I just feel like it is time for a change, and so we will be moving in a different direction with a new offensive coordinator.

One Last Time in Orange: The End of a Clemson Season

- Tyler Butler

The final whistle always lingers longer than the game itself.

For the Clemson Tigers, the end of the season isn’t just a line in the record book — it’s the closing of a chapter written in sweat, sacrifice, and shared belief. Helmets come off. Gloves are tossed aside. Some players walk off the field knowing it’s the last time they’ll ever wear the paw. Others stand still, soaking it in, understanding how rare these moments truly are.

Football at Clemson has never been just a game. It’s a brotherhood. From winter workouts before the sun rises to late-night film sessions when legs are tired and minds are tested, bonds are forged that last far beyond four quarters. Teammates become family — brothers who bleed together, fail together, and rise together. When the season ends, it’s not just a loss of routine; it’s the ache of knowing this version of the locker room will never exist again.

Behind every snap is a family sacrifice rarely seen on the stat sheet. Parents and loved ones crisscross the country, spending countless hours and dollars to sit in stadiums far from home. They brave long drives, early flights, hotel rooms, and missed weekends — all for the chance to watch their son live out a dream. When the season ends, those emotions hit just as hard for them, knowing the journey they’ve shared is changing forever.

And then there’s the Clemson faithful. The fans who show up no matter the forecast — rain soaking through ponchos, sleet stinging faces, snow crunching beneath boots. They stand, they chant, they believe. They don’t just watch Clemson football; they live it. When the season closes, they feel it too — the silence after Death Valley empties, the absence of Saturdays filled with orange.

Now, the page turns.

The questions shift from reflection to anticipation. What does the next Clemson team look like? Will the Tigers finally make a stronger push into the transfer portal to fill immediate needs? How many elite freshmen can be convinced to put on the paw and buy into the culture that’s been built brick by brick?

Those answers will come in time. For now, there’s respect for what was, gratitude for the journey, and confidence in what lies ahead.

Because while seasons end, Clemson football never truly stops. The brotherhood remains. The standard remains. And the hunger for what’s next is already burning.
