IT’S MY BIRTHDAY WEEK (yes I said week, 🤣) If you know nothing else about me, know that my birthday is ALWAYS the time to be EXTRAAAAA. (My actual birthday is July 3)

But seriously, I’m kicking off my 31st birthday celebrations with some :

1. My new year of life will be full of blessings.
2. I am proud of what I have done with my life.
3. My mind and body is in great shape.
4. I will continue to live my life to the fullest.
5. I am sunshine.
6. I protect my joy.
7. I believe deeply in my current and future self.
8. I am grateful for how my body has taken me this far, and how it will take me further.
9. I will continue to learn from my mistakes.
10. I draw boundaries in relationships to protect my well-being.
11. Hope is a seed that will always live inside me.
12. There is always calm and quiet inside my mind.
13. I am in charge of my own peace.
14. I am grateful towards the love I receive.
15. I am not a burden to anyone or anything.
16. I am overflowing with energy, vigor and zest and I feel great.
17. My family and friends love spending time with me and enjoy my company.
