🎉🧁 Guess who’s 40 today?! 🎉🧁

I thought I'd be weirded out turning 40. Growing up, 40 was always portrayed as "old"—you know, over-the-hill talk, mid-life crisis worries, everything hurts kinda stuff.

Don't get me wrong, sitting on the floor is NOT as easy as it used to be, but I'm far from being on the "downslide" of life they told us we'd be on at this age. In fact, I’m feeling more aligned than ever in my career, my family is amazing, and I know exactly who I am.

My give-a-damn is G-O-N-E, and 40 feels pretty freaking fabulous! 💃

In a lot of ways, I feel like I’m just getting started. I’ve got more knowledge, experience, and clarity—and I’m ridiculously excited about what’s ahead.

For my birthday, here’s my wish: I’d love to hear from YOU.

"I don't know what to ask."

"Is my question too complex for a 40-min slot?"

These are some of the hesitations I hear when it comes to booking a 40 for $40 session.

If this is you, allow me to flick this resistance across the room for you...

1️⃣ You don't have to "ask" anything... this is a space to brain dump what's going on in your world so you can get some clarity. I'll do the asking. You do the searching. Deal?

2️⃣ While we can't tackle EVERYTHING we can tackle SOMETHING. Big change starts with focusing on one thing and we can for sure do that in 40 min.

3️⃣ If there weren't any sessions left, I wouldn't be posting about them 😉 and if you're wondering if you're "good enough" to work with me, cut that s**t out LOL. I wipe my ass just as much as you do and I LOVE experiencing your aha moment.

2024 - the year I became a Swiftie 🫶🏻

I tried for two years to get tickets to the Era's Tour, but I never got past the freakin waiting room.

We did, however, get tickets to see Billie Eilish (I looked like a mad scientist getting those tickets 🤣).

Her show was mind-blowingly awesome.
