a teenager Dave sang and lead worship at Bible youth camps, Churches, and youth group events for Acts Alive Youth Ministries in Monticello Minnesota. He also lettered in Music in High School and received State and National awards in vocals competition during the 1980's. In 1995 and 1999 Bateman placed positions to the finals at the Minnesota State Fair Talent Contest both times singing original Gospel Music performing in front of an audience of 10,000 +---------- GOD ROCK DAVE has decided to begin to "Independently" release his compiled original collection of GOD ROCK MUSIC. DAVE Writes, Composes and Produces his Music from his home studio and is the founder of GOD ROCK MINISTRIES

Yes, Messiah said to pray for our enemies:
Matthew 5:44: "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you"
Luke 6:28: "Pray for those who abuse you"
Jesus's instructions to pray for our enemies are part of a larger message about love:
Love wants the good of the enemy: Our Messiah's instructions to pray for our enemies show that love wants the good of the enemy.
Hatred makes us feel worse: The longer we hate someone, the worse we feel.
God's love can replace hatred: By focusing on God's love instead of hate, we can replace hatred with love.
Yeshua also prayed for his executioners on the cross, saying, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do” (Luke 23:34)
