It's Amews-day Tuesday! Yesterday you met Noah's kitty sis, Marmie. Today, you meet Riley, one of his pup brothers. Noah absolutely adored Riley! 🥲❤️🐾🥹

Noah loved drinking water at the "community water bowl". Drinking water with Riley was one of his favorite parts of the day (not sure why because Noah would be soaked by the time they finished drinking). 🤣

Watch to the end for a good laugh. 🤣❤️ *I turned off the sound because the TV was on and it was distracting. 🙂 Enjoy!

Meowvalous Monday! Noah made some mention of his kitty sis, Marmalade (aka Marmie) from time to time. A few people have asked about her in recent days, so I thought I'd share a little more to explain the significance of these pictures.

Noah was an only kitty for about 10 years when Marmie joined the family, so he wasn't thrilled to have her in the house. They tolerated each other, but Noah enjoyed the occasional sibling antics with her, just to annoy her. She would hiss, wander off and that was that. 😅

This morning, I found Marmalade laying sound asleep in "Noah's spot" on the sofa. This was known as HIS spot. Even his pup brothers knew that, so none of them ever laid there.
..as I am literally typing this, wondering if Marmie actually misses Noah, the lights on the Christmas tree flickered 3 times. 😶❤️ No joke!

My heart is happy right now. ❤️🥲🥹 Another sign that he is still very much present in the house (and apparently enjoys getting my attention through light flickering); which thinking about it, makes sense because he loved laying under the Christmas tree with all the lights. ❤️🌈🐾

On this Sunday Funday, I wanted to thank everyone again for supporting Noah as he raised awareness for the importance of giving back and ways to support shelter animals. 🐾

A couple weeks ago, Noah pledged to donate one can of food for every 10 reactions that day, so we had calculated 26 cans. We rounded up a few more cans.

In the midst of the past couple weeks, I was a little behind, but have the cans of food for donation. I am dropping that off at our local humane society today. Thank you again for supporting Noah's mission to advocate for rescue kitties. Love to all of you. ❤️❤️

I didn't think I would post anything yet, but Noah would have been making his Sunday Funday post today. It sat with me as I wasn't up for it, but something pushed me to do it. 🐾🌈

I have not, and may not be able to respond to the incredible and overwhelming responses that I've received with the kind words, thoughts, prayers and condolences for the loss of Noah. However, please know I have been reading them all in phases because, it, as you can imagine, is just a lot to absorb (not in a bad way... just the emotions are overwhelming right now).

Many many many have messaged me privately sending their condolences and words of love for Noah. They have also been asking how to send him a Christmas card for his stocking that I had mentioned yesterday. Honestly, that warms my heart so much. I am going to include his address here so it's easier for all who were interested because I don't know that I'll have the strength to respond to everyone individually at this time.

This fluff boy has left an insane hole in my heart... this morning, having coffee without him and his catticinno he was so fond of was truly difficult. I said out loud to him how much I missed him and I needed a sign he was with me. I found myself staring ahead and the Christmas light strand next to the coffee bar flickered (no lie, no joke). With that I lost it. 🌈🐾🎄

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you all so much for the overwhelming love and support. Truly. So, to honor his Sunday Funday post, here is Noah from a couple weeks ago snuggling with his catnip bug. Kitty hugs from Noah on Rainbow Bridge this morning. 🌈🐾

Hi everyone. Noah's Dad here... I don't even know how to say this. This afternoon, I had to help Noah cross Rainbow Bridge. 🌈

To say I'm devastated is an absolute understatement. My heart hurts and is shattered into a million pieces. This was my baby boy. For those that have been through this, you know the incredible pain.

I know you may have a lot of questions. Since Noah's appointment with a specialist last month, he had some brief improvement for a week, but started to slowly decline in subtle ways over the last few weeks. This past week he started to take a huge nose dive in his health. I was in communication with his regular vet (who has known him all his life and all of his health struggles), but also with his specialist. These last 24 hours were even more challenging and he completely stopped eating. His appetite had slowly declined over the last week. Every other icky symptom also became more frequent. He was having a more difficult time walking and laying comfortably these last 24 hours.

I had to put my selfish needs of keeping him as long as possible aside and do what I knew in my heart was best for him. His quality of life was poor and our vet agreed the best thing for him was to help him cross. 💔🌈

Today we spent our day snuggling, taking pictures together, me taking video clips of him and lots and lots of I love you reminders. He crossed at home in his favorite snuggle blankie under the Christmas tree (his favorite napping spot this time of year). I laid next to him, petting him, kissing him and telling him how so very lucky I was that he chose me to be his Dad and that I loved him more than he would ever comprehend.

My sincerest apologies to you if this caught you off guard (definately was not at all how I thought the week was going to end up, for what thats worth). Noah wanted to keep everyone smiling and having sadness on his page or any reason to worry was never what he wanted.

I do not plan on getting rid of Noah's page. I'm not sure exactly what direction we will go, but it will be something that honors him, his Spirit, love and advocation for adoption and special needs furbabies. I will be taking a little break from his page for a few days as I begin to process, but I will read comments/messages. I just may not respond for a few days. My apologies.

Finally, I want to thank you all more than words could ever express at the incredible amount of love and support you have shown Noah and myself. You honestly have no idea how much you all mean to me and to Noah. I hope you won't give up on him or his page as it evolves at some point.

As sad and heart-wrenching as it is to think about, I need to remind myself that this is the hardest part about love... you know you loved well when it hurts beyond measure to lose.

Happy Caterday, my furiends. I'm going to be taking it easy today. I want to be transparent with everyone... I'm not doing great. Its been a rough week health wise for me, and I've wanted to try and avoid bringing about any sadness. 🐾 However, I don't want anyone to be caught off guard. It's a very tricky balance.

Dad is doing everything he can to make sure I'm comfortable. He has been in touch with my regular vet and the specialist I saw last month. The medications I've been on don't seem to be working much this past week. We don't know what the specific problem is. It could be one of a few things.

Anyway, Dad is home with me and doing everything he can for me. I'm probably not going to be responding to comments much, if at all. Say some kitty prayers for me.

I appreciate you all and thank you for loving me so much. We will keep you informed. Big kitty hugs to you all. 🐾❤️

It's Thankful Thursday! ❤️ Today is the day and this is the post to help shelter pets get some food donated!! Read more...

It's easy! For every 10 reactions this post gets between now and 6am Fri-Yay, I will donate a can of food to a local animal shelter near my house! 10 reactions = 1 can of food. 100 reactions = 10 cans of food. If we reach 500 reactions, we will also donate a bag of dry kitty food to the local shelter.

🐈🐈‍⬛🐕 How Else Can You Help Shelter Pets?

1. Donate food/supplies to a local rescue or shelter organization.

2. Organize a food/supply drive among family and furiends at your next holiday gathering for a local rescue.

3. FOSTER a pet (you help that furbaby get ready for a life with a family while making space in the shelter for another furbaby to wait for their new family).

4. Organize a fundraiser with family/furiends to raise money. Dad has hosted private bingo events and paint/wine nights at home... he sponsored the food and supplies, everyone else wrote out a donation check with an amount they were comfortable with).

5. Offer to be a transport driver for a rescue to get one furbaby to their next destination.

6. Volunteer your time at a local shelter!

This is my SleepyPod carrier which doubles as a bed and pet carrier. It's cozy on the inside, so I can be comfortable when I need to travel to the vet.🐾

It's Purrsday Thursday and Day 7 of Noah's Favorite Things! 😺 Who would guess it was some form of treats? 😹

Freeze Dried Beef Liver treats... yes, there is a dog on the container, but kitties can have these too! Single ingredient beef liver treats are a high protein snack that I love! 😺❤️ Dad cuts them up into bite-sized pieces for me.

I enjoy a couple different brands that are high quality (whichever is the better deal when Dad reorders). Check comments for a couple brands we like. My pup brothers go crazy for these too... we just share. 😸🐾

Only 3 more days of my favorite things after today... then Santa Paws is gonna need your kitties wish list. 🎅🐾❤️😸

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my furiends celebrating today! 🦃😺❤️🐾 Today I want to share my gratitude with you.

I am thankful for living a life where I never have to worry about a thing. I am, and always have been, loved unconditionally. Dad has been with me through my ups and downs as I have been for him. I never go without. For that, I am grateful. 😸❤️🐾

I am grateful to all of you who have been such huge supporters of me, many have become furiends I feel like I've known for years. It's hard to believe it has only been four months. Words cannot express how much joy you've brought to me, and my Dad, through your incredibly kind words, sharing moments of your day with me, both the struggles and celebrations. ❤️🐾

I hope as you celebrate this holiday (and even if you don't celebrate it), take time to reflect on all that is good in your life. Even in the struggles, something good can come of it if we look hard enough. Time moves quickly. Appreciate each moment. Hug your family and furiends. 🐾🐾

Happy Wild Wednesday... Dad says I've been a grumpy fluff this morning. 😹 I think the sedative may still be wearing off.

How has everyone's week been going?😺 Dad took the day off to give me some extra attention today and I'm just going to be getting some naps in.💤😸❤️

Dad realized last night that I have been on FB for almost 4 months, as of the 24th of this month and I'm almost at 2k furiends. We are planning a fun picture to celebrate that milestone. ❤️🐾🎉📸 Kitty hugs to everyone today!🐾

Side note:🌸if anyone was concerned about the poinsettia behind me, it's artificial. Trust me... Dad always tries to be three steps ahead. 😹
