SO EXCITED! Website has been updated to include both support groups and my volunteer service!

Dementia Support Group every Wednesday night 6:30 - 7:30 PM at Alfio’s Restaurant on Willard Ave., Chevy Chase, MD.

Aging in Place vs. Assisted Living Support Group every Monday night from 5-6 at Willard Towers, on Willard Ave., Chevy Chase, MD.

Registration is required to come, both are free.

If you are not able to get to a support group but need someone to talk to because you are overwhelmed caring for your loved one with dementia or are physically not able to get out, please call me. We will set up an hour, and I’ll offer you whatever information I can to support you.

So thankful for my many friends here in Chevy Chase! Including the furry ones. This is Miriam, can you see her fangs? She makes work a little difficult, as I create the ‘Home Catalog’ for this client I have to also keep her happy 😆 the fangs are a bit initimidating…

This week, Dementia Support Group starts at Alfio’s on Willard Ave, 6:30 PM, Wednesday. The topic - security during the early stages and how to lock up those valuables without adding stress to the one with dementia.
