Everyone hates the word “leftovers” or “meal prep” because most people don’t want to eat the same thing over and over again … but what if you used the same concept in a different way?
I thought I would share today’s lunch, which went from a leftover steak kabob to a steak salad in two seconds.
I just cut up the components of the kabob, added lettuce + dressing. And BAM!
