Fun fact from the set of our film *Elizabeth*! 🎥 On the first day of filming in downtown Gastonia, there was a huge festival going on with loud music blasting the whole time. We had to pause a few times to let the music die down before shooting again. Ah, the joys of filmmaking—lots of ‘hurry up and wait’ moments! Did you know that our very own “Toni Stone” was played by a first-time film and TV actress? Chari Knox, who had only done a few commercials before, made her onscreen debut bringing one of the most influential women in baseball to life—and she did an AMAZING job! Chari was fully committed, always present in rehearsals, asking questions, and collaborating closely with the director to make her performance truly believable.
