Happy Monday!

We had an amazing weekend full of family and friends 🧡 I reunited with a couple of boys at the race! I am in the photo holding Cali, her litter mate is all the way to the left and her bio brother is in the middle! It's so fun to see them interact and see how they favor their parents.

In the other photo is me visiting daddy Frank and one of our puppies who live with my children's grandparents!

It's no secret that the 4th of July is my favorite holiday!! I know my babies are safe in heaven watching them this year 🥰 Below are some great safety tips that always worked for momma Lola and momma Honey 😁

To my dachshund family:

on Thursday, my entire home was lost in a house fire. Unfortunately that included losing 4 of our fur babies and 4 brand new pups. Honey, Lola, Jimmy and Mac were all so special to us and more than pets. We also lost our cat Nadirah.

Frank is still with us and escaped unharmed somehow. Although he has some PTSD, he's okay. Overall, we are absolutely devastated to say the least. Thank you for your love all these years. Please continue to share pics of your fur babies with us. I'd love nothing more to know our fur children's legacies still go on ❤

Ultimately, myself and my two children were not home and are doing the best we can. We have our Frankie and our memories of all their unconditional love. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being a part of our fur family.

Anyone else see two very strange dachshunds? Lola refuses to wear a sweater but gladly sqeezes herself into my sleeve and Frank has to be within eyesight of the street to protect us all from the Ohio River Geese 🤣

Nothing sweeter than a pile of pups 🥰 But also, how sweet is it that the two brown pups are going to live with siblings from our other litters! Such a happily ever after moment 😍
