🔥 Tonight at Spinster's Abbott's in St. Augustine — get ready to dive headfirst into the gnarly world of Dunies, surf-punk rippers straight from Cocoa Beach—thrashing dunes and guitar strings to life. These guys surfaced most recently with the fierce Take Off and Die EP, delivering rip-roaring tracks that shift from feedback-laden intensity (“BALLS”) to surf-punk mayhem with gang-vocal crescendos (“Don’t Wanna Go”) and unhinged punk eruptions (“THRU 2 U”)—all topped with a melodic kicker (“You Gonna Believe?”) for an unforgettable ride .

Originating from the Space Coast, The Dunies are all about that gritty garage-surf-punk groove—with pulsating surf riffs, slashing punk energy, and a playful, party-ready vibe .

They’re hitting the stage around 8:30–9:30 PM tonight (September 6, 2025) as part of the free Local Artist Showcase during the Sing Out Loud Festival . But they’re not alone—Kelp kicks things off at 6 PM with a laid-back yet energetic blend of surf-reggae grooves , and Graves B’Hamala follows at 7:30 PM to turn up the heat .
