Thomas Ali Burns, 45, was arrested on August 14 and charged with video voyeurism after allegedly placing a phone in a shopping basket and then setting it on the floor under a woman’s dress at Publix; he has now been charged with 67 counts of both video voyeurism and use of a two-way communications device to facilitate a felony after deputies reportedly found 67 similar videos on his computer.

Jontavious Lanard Alston, 28, has been charged with attempted murder and armed robbery for allegedly hitting a homeless man with a metal pipe, seriously injuring the victim. Alston and Michael Andre Fields, 57, have been charged with fraudulent use of a debit card and criminal use of another person's identification for allegedly using the victim's debit card to withdraw money from his bank account.
