Due to the upcoming football playoffs, we are cancelling the boys basketball games scheduled for Nov. 17 against Bushland. The girls games that same evening will probably be played but may be moved to Saturday Nov. 18, again pending the football playoff date and time.

Busy Day Today!
The Friona Volunteer Fire Department will be sending off the FHS Squaws Volleyball Team.
FHS Squaws volleyball team will travel to Randall HS to play Childress at 6 p.m. GO SQUAWS!!
Trick or Treat at Prairie Acres begins at 6 p.m. Little goblins, ghouls, princesses and super heroes are invited to stop by and see the residents for a treat.
Trunk or Treat kicks off at 6:30 at the Parmer Medical Center parking lot. Two helicopters will land during the event to bring goodies to the princesses, super heroes, ghouls and goblins.
Remember to be safe wherever you decide to go this evening!

CORRECTION: The Trunk or Treat has MOVED LOCATIONS from Euclid St. to the Parmer Medical Center parking lot. There will be two helicopters present and was much safer for them to land at the hospital. It will still be from 6:30-7:30p.m. Have a happy and safe Halloween!!!
