✨ Happy Monday, Funky Friends! ✨
After two weeks of holiday chaos 🎄🎁, I’m finally taking a moment to reflect. Sitting here in downtown with my husband, I’m thinking about everything that needs to happen in the next couple of weeks for The Funky Monkey. 🐒
Let me tell you—2025 is going to be a BIG year for us! 🚀 This year is all about strategic growth. We’ve been doing things the same way for a long time because it’s what we’ve known—but as we continue to grow, it’s time to step outside of that comfort zone.
My personal goal as the leader of this company is simple: surround myself with people who are smarter than me, who are experts in areas I’m not. 💡 Collaboration and learning are key to taking us to the next level.
One of our first steps? Diversifying our marketing platforms. While Facebook has been (and will continue to be) an amazing space for us to connect with you all, it’s time to spread our wings. 🕊️

For those who know me personally, this is a BIG leap. Before owning The Funky Monkey, I lived completely off the grid. 🏞️ No social media, no online presence—just me, my little family, and the quiet life. Fast-forward 11 years, and here I am—a micro-influencer on Facebook, running a local business, and working with our incredible community. 🫶
I’m so thankful for all we’ve accomplished together and all the support you’ve shown over the years. ❤️
