As of November 30th.. Quality Drug Store will be closing its doors! This business has been a vital part of Friendship for many, many years. 🫶🏼

Stop in the next couple weeks and tell them happy retirement. Also, if you have scripts you can go in and tell them where you would like them to be transferred before their closing date.

Thursday morning is my scheduled c-section. I will be taking 2 weeks to rest and bond with my newborn. I appreciate all of the well wishes! I understand that your needs will not stop bc I am out, but please refrain from messaging me on my personal page during this time. If you would like to ADOPT A DOG ONLY during this time, please call the county mayor’s office and they will arrange that for you. Thank you!

The City of Jackson is establishing a “drinking water” drive to assist our neighbors in East Tennessee & North Carolina that are affected by the devastating floods. According to TEMA, bottled “drinking water” is the most needed supply item at this time.

We are asking individuals, churches, businesses and organizations to join us in our efforts by donating bottled drinking water. Anyone wishing to donate can drop off the water at one of Jackson’s seven Fire Stations. We plan to move quickly to get the supplies where they are needed asap.

The Jackson Fire Stations are located at the following locations:

Drop Off Locations

• Fire Station #1 - 440 E. Chester St
• Fire Station #2 – 550 Westwood Ave
• Fire Station #3 – 15 Roosevelt Parkway
• Fire Station #4 – 1526 S. Highland Ave
• Fire Station #5 – 50 Vann Drive
• Fire Station #6 – 1261 Ashport Road
• Fire Station #7 – 72 Windy City Road
