What a fun and amazing night we had at the James River Film Society Short Film Showcase last night. This festival was done in partnership with The Virginia Film Office and was held at the beautiful Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, VA. There were so many high quality films from narratives, to animation to experimental pieces all of which were well produced and interesting in their own right. Most finalists were from VA Filmmakers (there were a couple entries from LA and France as well) including our very own comedic narrative short, Telephone Bingo. We are so pleased to announce that our short won their very special Kathryn Stephens VA Filmmaker Award honoring the best film from a VA filmmaker! AMAZING!
Thank you to all our families and friends who support us in our filmmaking journey. You all truly know the sacrifice we all make to pursue our dreams.
