The December issue of Premier is online now!

Lauren Danielson never intended to buy a stallion prospect, but the first time she saw Outlaw Enterprise, a 2017 stallion by Iron Enterprise and out of LastMinuteInvestment, she knew he was meant to be hers. In 2019, Danielson purchased the talented young stallion and began a new adventure in the industry as a stallion owner. With his first foal crop showing under saddle this year, Danielson has enjoyed cheering on her stallion's babies in the show pen, including her own two-year-old, Pretty Little Outlaw. You can learn more about AQHA World Champion Outlaw Enterprise and Lauren's journey as a stallion owner in this month's cover story.

Premier Magazine debuted in February 2021 as a means of funding payouts in the all-around events with a commitment to paying out 30% of every paid page as added money. Our page rates have always been some of the lowest in the industry but that doesn’t change the fact that advertising is an additional expense to showing that can add up month after month. So we are thinking outside of the box again and trying something new for 2025.

In an effort to make advertising even more affordable, and ensure that the payouts are going back to those who support the program that funds them, Premier Magazine is now offering an Annual Advertising Pass. This pass will provide UNLIMITED advertising during the 2025 calendar year for any horse(s) owned by the pass holder. Yep, you read that right: With an advertising pass you can run as many ads as you want each and every month for horse(s) that you own!

While we will continue to offer the ability to purchase single pages at our standard rate of $150, in order to show in a Premier Magazine Non-Pro class in 2025, the exhibitor must have an annual advertising pass. To show in a Premier Magazine Open class, the owner of the horse must have an annual advertising pass. The Advertising Pass is good for the 2025 calendar year and can be purchased at any time for only $750 but if you purchase your pass before 12/31/24 you can get it at the special holiday rate of $600 (equivalent to or less than the cost of running just one page in other publications). And for TODAY ONLY you can save an additional $100 using the code BLACKFRIDAY at checkout.

And remember, Premier Magazine classes are open to all horses... your horse does not have to be sired by a Premier Sires stallion to participate in these classes.

Whether it’s funding the payouts you get to show for or bringing you coverage from all of the major events, Premier Magazine is the publication where it pays to advertise and we look forward to continuing to build upon that in 2025.

Please join us in welcoming Impulsions to Premier Sires!

Impulsions was a 1989 AQHA stallion sired by The Invester out of Randados Rosa. Not only was Impulsions an incredible show horse, winning World and Congress Championships, he is also a legendary sire. His progeny have earnings in excess of $1.2 million and have accumulated over 36,000 AQHA points and 24 World or Reserve World Championships. His sons and grandsons have combined progeny earnings of over $5,000,000. In 2004, Impulsions was inducted into the NSBA Hall of Fame as both a show horse and as a sire. Although he was laid to rest in 2011, Impulsions will continue to build upon his legacy through frozen semen. AQHA professional horseman Tim Ketterman, who volunteers his time working with the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention, shares an important reminder about mental health along with resources for those who may be struggling. If you or someone you know is having a hard time, please reach out to a friend or loved one or pick up the phone and call the crisis line. Although it may not always feel like it, the horse industry is one big family and we’re all in this together.
