Had to send off national Burger Day with a 3x3 smashie on the @halo.pg griddle. 3 Smashed patties with grilled jalapenos, grilled onions, fresh onion and loaded with American cheese over a toasted @saraleebread buns. After so many smashed burgers I think I've used just about any flat surface to smash those patties and if I haven't I'll take the challenge But today I used @theburgersmasher and it was definitely easier and well safer. Who needs a kitchen anyway, when you have the @halo.pg versa 16. This meal was so good andsuper easy to make, for up the @halo.pg versa and let it warm up while we get our food prepared. Clean and peel your shrimp season with. Any seasoning I used pepper garlic and onion powder as well as @momofukugoods seasoned salt. In a pan, I used a pan from @lloydpans Melt your butter and add your shrimp combine with your diced vegetables and the rest of the ingredients. Place it in the oven on medium to cook for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile boil your pasta. For this bang bang sauce I went with ¼ cup mayo, 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce. ½tsp soy sauce ½ tsp rice vinegar 1½ tsp of chili crunch @momofukugoods . (Substitute for Sriracha) Stir everything together, taste and adjust the ratios. Do this day I Haven't had smoked cream cheese that I didn't like. Choriquezo, a great appetizer and some of the best tacos out there 🤤 In an oven safe pan saute your vegetables for a couple minutes and season. I used some all purpose. Ad in your chorizo break it apart and cook thoroughly. Once your chorizo is cooked add in your Oaxaca cheese and put it in the oven or smoker at 450 to melt the cheese, About 10 min. Poblano green salsa spaghetti with chicken 🤤 This pasta is so good! Get started by charring your vegetables 3 poblanos 2 jalapenos ½ onion and 4 garlic cloves.( I put mine in the air fryer). Once charged remove the skin from the peppers and transfer them into a blender along with cilantro cream cheese chicken bouillon and blend until smooth. Season the chicken with your favorite seasoning I used AP and ancho from @spanglishasadero_official . Pan sear that chicken in the cast iron skillet and remove once cooked. Into the same skillet add your pasta followed by the green sauce and 1 cup Oaxaca cheese. Give it all a mix and serve the pasta topped off with the chicken. Beef back rib tacos🤤. I took this rack of @1855blackangusbeef ribs, and scored the back membrane. Hit it with some salt, pepper, garlic and some all purpose seasonings. Smoke them using Post Oak in the @elmonstrosmokers 4 hours then wrap for one and pull them once probe tender. If you've had big beef back ribs, you know there's not a lot of meat in them, but the meat that is there is absolutely delicious. We enjoyed some off the bone and We chopped some up for tacos. These tacos were absolutely killer straight off the smoker with fresh ingredients, crunchy tortilla and some salsa! Sierra steak pinwheels in the air fryer! Rainy days call for indoor cooking. Took this @1855blackangusbeef Sierra steak butterflied. Layer on any filling I went with some chimichurri salami and provolone cheese. Roll it up, I cut mine into pinwheels and cooked at 350° 15 min per side in the air fryer. Easy Stir fried beef, quick, delicious weekday meal let's go! Slice your steak into thin pieces, against the grain. I used skirt steak but any type of beef can be used. I seasoned mine with @spanglishasadero_official citrus marinade. Salt pepper garlic to taste. Once seasoned place your beef in the refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes if time allows. In a bowl get a 50-50 mixture of rice, flour and all-purpose flour. Place your beef into it and ensure every strip is coated. Once the beef is coated, place it into a pan with oil and fry until crispy. Take your beef out and place it on a drying rack to drain the excess oil. On the griddle or a frying pan, place your vegetables and saute them for a few minutes. Add your @trybachans sauce of choice, add your beef, and combine all the ingredients together. Sauce to your liking. I served my beef over sushi rice and added a sprinkle of sesame seeds. 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper ½onion @spanglishasadero_official citrus marinade 1 lb beef Sushi or white rice. @trybachans hot and spicy sauce.
