I look at what is happening in Texas and can’t help but wonder. 29 governors have signed and sided with Texas. People are preparing and training to take up arms be deputized by Texas governor and stand in the gap. My question is are your optics zeroed in? You have a good amount of ammunition set aside. I am heading to the range tomorrow and do some of that very thing. I shouldhave a couple of videos ready by Sunday. We are getting closer to repeating history and not in a good way.

Armour from a French soldier during the battle of Waterloo, 1815

This piece of armour belonged to 23-year-old Antoine Fauveau, a cuirassier fighting for Napoleon's army during the Battle Of Waterloo. The armour's padding also had a pay book, which described the late conscript as possessing a "long, freckled face with a large forehead, blue eyes, hooked nose & a small mouth," per the thread. It also said that he was a dairyman and was about to he married.

It is likely safe to assume that the soldier died due to being hit by a cannonball. It is likely his armour was taken by looters and his body was thrown into a mass grave.

The Battle of Waterloo was the last battle Napoleon Bonaparte would take part in and saw a French defeat. It was the 2nd most bloody day during the entirety of the Napoleonic wars after Borodino. Napoleon would abdicate 4 days later.
