Happy Wednesday! This morning on the Morning Show interview, Richard spoke with Jessica Fooks about the upcoming Pancakes with Santa event going on in conjunction with Lee Academy in honor of Cooper Hill. Then they registered for the awesome Carved Cardinal donated by Cindy Morgan. The winner of the trivia question today was David Qualls. The trivia question was: Over 60% of people are more likely to do business with a place that does this? The answer is Clean Restrooms. David won a rack of ribs from The Smokehouse at Edwards Cash Saver and passed his winnings on to Ed and Carolyn Wallace! Good Morning! This Morning on the Morning Show, we had two interviews, the first was the big announcement of the Spring Series for 2025-26 Fine Arts Center Season! The Spring series includes An Evening with Toto on Feb 21st, The War & Treaty on March 14th and on May 2nd, The Marshall Tucker Band with Starship! How exciting! Then Ariel Russell with the Marianna Chamber of Commerce talked about upcoming Christmas events in Marianna. We also started registering for a beautiful carved and painted, hand crafted Cardinal that Cindy Morgan donated. Her Chainsaw art is beautiful. It was a great Thanksgiving weekend so much to be thankful for and we are full speed into the Christmas season!

Kevin Young Jr was named the Gadberry’s Awards/KXJK-KBFC East Arkansas Regional Football Player of the Year. Young finished the season with over 2000 yards rushing. Forrest City Broadcasting’s Richard Benson presented Young the award at halftime of the Forrest City Mustang basketball game at this year’s opening round of the Rumble on the Ridge.
