We care about our clients and the VAs that work for them.

One way we are different is we offer a multitude of learning opportunities for our VAs so that they can offer more and more value to their clients. This cultivates a win, win situation for the client and VA.

We do training in large groups, small collaborative groups, and one on one training. It's all a part of our service. Make no mistake, the VAs we hire are highly experienced individuals in their respective fields.

Today my team held the first of three workshops on Social Media Management that works! We have three very skilled virtual professionals presenting on their area of genius and expertise.

Today we had 74 of our virtual professionals attend. Interaction was through the roof. I am so proud of my team for putting this together.

We have been dialing in our recruiting to an absolute science.

We already had an incredibly successful filtering system, but we over the last months we have been using a new tool that dials the process into a new level.

We are now able to use scientifically validated data to make sure the candidate fits the role and that the role fits them. This level of insight allows us to not only present great candidates, but candidates that are wired for the specific role. This ensures longevity and success for both the client and the VP.

I could build a business solely off of bad VA hires. I get messages often asking how to work with a VA that has hit a growth wall or "just doesn't get it".

Just because an agency placed you with a VA match, doesn't mean it the right match. If your VA can't perform the role you hired them for and you have "compromised" on your goals and expectations, you are wasting time with the wrong person.

That's why we have a list of tools and processes that ensures our clients are matched with superstars.

One of those tools is the Predictive Index. This scientifically proven tool ensures we only recruit and hire the right person for the seat. It also ensures that the way the VA is wired, is a good match for what you need done. If they aren't wired for the role, it's only a matter of time before they quit.

Please note that power outages and subsequent internet outages are likely in these areas.

This is fairly normal, so no need to panic. Your VA has likely gone through this many times and has back up plans and support ready.

Story Time.

This is Ejy. She was my very first VA I recruited and hired. She has been with me for over 4 years.

I got a message from her last year saying that she was applying to get her Masters degree in the US.

Of course I was sad, but then I realized the wonderful opportunity she had in front of her.

Ejy is the reason I saw the potential and need for VAs in businesses. She is the reason I have HireVP and Media Machine.

Here is the kicker. She is going to continue working for me through her 2 years of graduate school. What people fail to realize is that Filipinos are loyal!!! Really loyal.

She scheduled a call with me today to express that she is fully committed and honored to continue her work serving our clients at Media Machine.

I can't wait to meet Ejy when I visit her in Florida soon. She has made a profound impact on my life and she continues to serve many of my clients at Media Machine and they all love her.
