Working with a distinguished group of chefs, restaurateurs, and tourism leaders, the magazine launched Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) in 2006. T

he two-week culinary event premiered with 70 restaurants. Today, with more than 150 participating restaurants spanning the Hudson Valley's counties, HVRW is among the largest Restaurant Week events in the country.
