Art Amiss Publishing is the literary branch of Art Amiss, Inc. The magazine is published to coincide with the Art Amiss shows in May and November.

Art Amiss Literary Magazine is a biannual anthology of fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry, literary translations, short plays and screenplays, and hybrids that combine writing with another art form. Hardcopies and various digital downloads formats are available through MagCloud (www.magcloud.com/browse/Magazine/80853). Manuscripts and artwork that don't fit the magazine format are considered fo

r book publication through Art Amiss Books. This includes long short stories, novellas, and novels as well as extended essays, poetry collections, and dramas. We are also interested in photography and graphic art portfolios. There is no entry fee and no limit on the number of pieces submitted. Authors and visual artists need to have a connection to the state, such as being an Arkansas native or a current or former resident. Send pitches and queries to [email protected].
