Easily the easiest and yummy crab and tuna bake.
I used what I had. It was Jasmine Rice, imitation crab, canned tuna, cream cheese, mayo, seaweed seasonings, avocado,and hot sauce. Everyone thought it was great warm and I liked it cold:)

How many parents can relate to this? My goodness why did I sign up to be in charge of all their meals 🤣 😭 I enjoy cooking and baking when I’m not rushing so I am always looking up new recipes or different ideas. Doesn’t mean I’m not absolutely drained.
