Thank you for your patience, as we attempt to remove a swarm of bees that have infiltrated the WSEB Transmitter Site in Placida! This has caused our Air Conditioning system to shut down, which in turn, forces us to turn off the 62,000 watt transmitter due to the heat!

The timing is terrible, as we have a hurricane coming into the Gulf of Mexico, following the same path of Hurricane Ian, who impacted our immediate area two years ago this week! The air conditioning company cannot repair the air conditioner, until the bees are removed. And the bee removal company, cannot come until the storm passes. All repair and restoration efforts will also be dependent on the condition of the area after the storm.

You can still listen to us online at wsebfm.com, until we're able to get back on the airwaves!

We apologize, but our On Air studio board has crashed, and we need to remain on Satellite (VCY America) until it can be repaired - so our regularly scheduled programs will not play as they are supposed to.

Roger braved the roadway back to our tower/transmitter site today, and filmed his exit for our enjoyment... ;)

Good morning SW Florida!!! Some of you that listen online, noticed we are streaming again!!!! Power has been restored to the radio station, so we should be streaming as normal!

The actual radio signal is another matter. We currently cannot get to the actual tower site, to see what damage we may have to our transmitter! As soon as we do, though, we'll do our best to get back on the airwaves, broadcasting the Word of God, 24/7!!!

Thanks for your patience, and we hope this note finds you all doing well, and recovering from this terrible storm...
