If anyone can tell you about mental depression it’s me . I suffered 3 years of depression and anxiety and felt lonely. I just kept feeding and feeding my self until I threw up sometimes suffering from eating disorders and going through years of self care and self love. Now I’m thriving I’m healthier and I can’t believe the progress I’ve made since the beginning of a long journey. I’m almost 27 this year and I’ve never felt better .
