Unlike 's Open Beta, snipers will now have to press the spot button if they want to mark other players.

David Sirland (Battlefield 6 Dev) says they're bringing back the "hollow" diamonds, so you can tell passive from active spotting too. "They do have to press the button if they want anyone else to see it. This was not the case in Open Beta (or you couldn't see the difference) - back are the "hollow" diamonds again, so you can tell passive from active too."

😡 However, many Call of Duty streamers are furious, strongly disliking these movement changes.

This is probably the best feature so far.

🚫 EA says Battlefield 6’s anti-cheat is already putting in serious work — over 330,000 cheating attempts shut down since the Beta kicked off.

🛡 It’s running on Javelin Anti-Cheat, a new kernel-level system that catches cheaters in real time before they can ruin a match.

🎯 Works on all platforms — PC, PlayStation, Xbox — and instantly boots offenders out.

🔄 Constantly updating in the background so cheat makers can’t keep up.

💬 Basically, if you’re trying to wallhack or aimbot in BF6, Javelin’s waiting for you at the spawn screen
