Talbot’s Public Access Channel
Available on Easton Cable channel 15 and Atlantic Broadband channel 77, MCTV broadcasts quality programming that entertains and informs over 18,000 Talbot County subscribers. From locally produced programs by Talbot County businesses and residents to shows at The Avalon Theatre, The Stoltz Listening Room, events at The Plein Air Arts Festival, and Avalon Children’s Theatre, MCTV enriches the media arts community and shares invaluable local information to viewers.
MCTV is broadcast from the lower level of The Avalon Theatre at 40 E.Dover St. Easton, MD. It is operated by The Avalon Foundation, the largest arts organization on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
