Granite Countertops: Using Vinegar, Windex or even Bleach will dull the granite and weaken the sealant.Stay away from using these products on them .

Never use magic erasers on them either becuz it's too ABRASIVE!

Hardwood Floors : NEVER USE WHITE DISTILLED VINEGAR on them.

Vinegar is acidic and can damage the protective finish on hardwood floors, making them look dull, cloudy, or scratched. I promise you over time vinegar will etch the wood's surface and make it vulnerable to damage. If your floors are damaged the manufactures will not cover the cost to replace them.

Set out a couple bowls of White Vinegar or Baking Soda to help neutralize the odors. Let it set out for 12 to 24 hours!

Homemade Linen Spray:

1 oz Witch Hazel
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
6 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
6 Drops Lemon Essential Oil

SN: Pour all ingredients into a spray bottle in this order (you want it to mix well and not be too oily and clumpy)

****You can spray this on bedding, towels,throw pillows, and blankets , you can use this in between washes ****

Once mold is settled underneath the caulking in shower or anywhere in the home, there's no amount of bleach can remove it ...it has to be REMOVED and RECAULK!

If you ever splash a SMALL amount of bleach on your clothes.

Rinse, Rinse, Rinse !
Flush the affected area with cool running water ONLY for several minutes becuz cold water more effective and helps dilutes the bleach to prevents further damage.
Dab the stained area with a dry, clean cloth to remove excess moisture. Avoid rubbing the bleach-stained item, as this can spread the bleach still trapped in the fibers.

Perform a rubbing alcohol transfer.
Sometimes you can transfer dye from the surrounding fabric to the bleached area, minimizing the discoloration. This works best for small, fresh bleach spots. Dip a cotton swab or a cotton ball in rubbing alcohol and gently dab the stain in a circular motion. How to motivate yourself to clean :

● It starts mentally! Take your feelings out of it , meaning don't concentrate on the task as a whole but mentally target the outcome.

●Time yourself. If you limit cleaning to an hour, the task is less intimidating.

● Always start small to make the job less daunting.

Focus on one task at a time even if it means just washing and folding one load of laundry or one room at a time.

KleenTing Tip: If you have tinted windows never use glass cleaner with ammonia nor paper towels (use microfiber cloth) . Ammonia will cause tint to fade and cause peeling or cracking.
