I'm not your average run-of-the-mill business coach.

I'm not your average run-of-the-mill life coach.

I do things differently than most. 💃🏽

While I want you to have amazing success and an endless stream of income doing what you love, I also know that if I don't help you take a deeper look at your internal dialogue and self-perception, nothing else matters.

That's because entrepreneurship is about 90% mindset and only 10% strategy. 🧠

I strongly emphasize self-love and self-acceptance as the precursors to success in life and business.

I know that without these two things in place, any success you achieve will be short-lived and fleeting.

That's not what I'm here for. 🙅🏽‍♀️

❌ I'm not here to give you some regurgitated information that you can find on YouTube on how to build a business.

❌ I'm not here to give you some magical formula that promises to help you hit six figures in 6 days without doing any work.

❌ I'm not here to focus solely on making money while ignoring what's going on in and around you on a personal level.

No, ma'am. 🚫

That's not who I am nor why I was created to do this work.

I'm here to guide you through the process of learning to truly love yourself unconditionally and accept yourself radically so that you can create a highly successful, profitable, and sustainable business.

Oh, and don't get it twisted. I will lovingly kick your ass into gear as well. 😉

The women who sign up to work with me know that I am in this partnership with them for the long haul.

While learning to monetize your passion is a beautiful accomplishment, the transformation that takes place internally is what truly matters.

They lied to me. 😠

They lied to you.

The biggest lie they sold us? 🫣

That security comes from a paycheck.

I know why you’re scared. 😢

Leaving behind a steady paycheck feels like stepping off a cliff without a parachute.

But let me ask you this…

Is it really security if it costs you your joy, your time, your peace? 😫

Real security comes from knowing you can create your own income, on your own terms. 💲

It comes from trusting yourself more than you trust your employer.

The world needs what you have to offer now, not tomorrow or someday. ✨

And deep down, you know it.

Ready to talk about what’s possible for you?

Drop a 💡 in the comments if this hit home.

📣 PSA for ALL High-Achieving, Professional Women! 📣

You weren't meant to spend your life making someone else rich while slowly losing yourself in the process.

You worked so flippin' hard to get to where you are—to climb that corporate ladder, to earn that six-figure paycheck, to build a life you thought would bring you happiness. 🌈

But tell me, does it?

Do you wake up excited for your day, or do you hit snooze five times just to delay the inevitable?⏰

Do you feel energized going into the office or do you feel like a little piece of you is dying on the inside every time you enter the building?

You’re not alone in this feeling. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏽

And you’re not crazy for wanting more.

Others may try to make you feel like you are, but you're not.

You’re just stuck in an outdated system that was never built for women like you—women with fire in their souls, dreams bigger than a corporate cubicle, and a calling that refuses to be silenced. 🔥❤️‍🔥🔥

If this speaks to you, please know...

I hear you.

I see you.

I love you.

Are you ready to finally take the first step? 👣

The choice is yours.

Let's go!

As I sit here writing this post from bed where I've been for the last 7 days because I've been sick AF, I am once again reminded how blessed I am to be my own boss.

As an entrepreneur, I get to honor my body whenever it needs rest. 🧘🏼‍♀️

There’s no guilt, no boss breathing down my neck, and no fear of losing my job because I’m not “showing up” in the way someone else expects. 🙅🏼‍♀️

I can take the time I need to recover fully, knowing my business will still be there when I’m ready to jump back in.

Plus, I have amazing clients who share the same core values as me. 🙌🏽

I can't help but wonder how things would be if I were still working a 9-to-5.

I'd be concerned about how my absence looks to my bosses and even my co-workers because people like to talk and makeup rumors. 🗣️

I’d feel pressure to come back even if I wasn’t 100% better for sure.

Worst case? I’d be running the risk of being reprimanded—or even losing my job altogether. 😥

That constant fear and lack of flexibility are exactly why I chose entrepreneurship in the first place.

Yes, being your own boss takes hard work and dedication, but the freedom to prioritize my health, my family, and my life is priceless. 💎

If you’re feeling stuck in a corporate job where you’re undervalued, overworked, and under constant scrutiny, let this be your reminder: there’s another way. ✨

Entrepreneurship isn’t just about building wealth—it’s about creating a life where you call the shots.

Shout out and big love to anyone who’s sick, stressed, or just tired of the hustle that isn’t serving you. 💕

You deserve so much more.

There’s no amount of money in the world that’s worth sacrificing your mental and physical well-being. 🙅🏽‍♀️

I learned this the hard way during my time as a community mental health clinician.

I entered into the field with a heart full of passion, ready to make a difference in people’s lives. 💞

But the reality?

It was a never-ending cycle of bureaucratic nonsense that seemed more designed to keep people sick than to help them thrive. ♾️

I remember pouring every ounce of myself into my work, staying late, skipping meals, and pushing through exhaustion because I believed I could make a difference. 💔

But the system wasn’t set up for success—it was a maze of red tape that left both the clients and the clinicians burnt out and broken.

It crushed me to see people not getting the help they truly needed, and I started losing pieces of myself in the process. 🥺

I was grinding away, trying to hold everything together, but inside, I was unraveling.

The constant stress, the emotional toll, and the lack of support were taking a serious hit on my mental and physical health. 🧠

It took hitting rock bottom for me to realize that I couldn’t pour from an empty cup.

😎 Hindsight is always 20/20, but I know now that no paycheck, no job title is worth losing myself over.

The same is true for you, Beautiful. ⭐

If you feel like you're on the brink of burnout and you know that there's something more for you outside of the concrete jungle you work in, I've got your back. 🫂

I challenge you to take inventory of what you're currently doing with your life's work.

Are you happy?

Like genuinely happy? 😊

Are you really making a difference with your life's work? Or, are your hands tied like mine were?

Do you feel energetic when you wake up or does the thought of getting out of bed make you exhausted? 💯

Only you know the answers, but I'll leave you with this…

Life is short and you deserve more. 🫶🏽

You know you do.

It’s a good thing I work for myself because I would suck as an employee… like for real. 😆

All kidding aside, one of the biggest blessings of this journey is freedom and flexibility. 💯

I get to design my life so that it aligns with my values and priorities.
This means when my loved ones need me, I can be there—fully present and supportive.

Whether it’s showing up for my family during important moments, being available to help a loved one, or simply taking time for myself when I need it, I have the freedom to choose what matters most. ✅

No more missing out on life’s precious moments because of rigid work schedules or office politics.

Entrepreneurship has given me the gift of time—time to be with my family, time to nurture relationships, and time to focus on my personal growth. 🏆

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to live my life by design, not by default.

I'm even more excited when I get to help other women do the same.👱‍♀️

To anyone thinking about taking the leap into entrepreneurship, remember: it’s not just about building a business; it’s about creating a life you love. 💖

If you’re on this journey too, what’s your favorite part about being an entrepreneur? 👩‍💻

If you're still on the fence, what's holding you back? I'd love to hear… 🎀

When did “Tolerate Horrible Boss” and ”Accept Toxic Work Environment" become job requirements?

I don't recall getting that memo, do you? 📋

Being treated humanely at your place of employment *shouldn't* be a revolutionary concept, but apparently it still is.

It's **never** okay for a boss, manager, or any workplace to mistreat their employees.

Like, ever. Period. ✋🏽

But here we are in 2025, and some bosses still think "Toxic Tyrant" is a legitimate leadership style.

I mean, seriously? 🤔

Did they miss the memo that treating people like actual humans is part of the job description?

Maybe it’s in the fine print they conveniently ignore…like your coworkers who slack off and never get in trouble. 🤪

It’s almost like some companies hand out "World's Worst Boss" mugs as onboarding gifts. ☕

"Welcome aboard! Hope you enjoy the micromanagement, gaslighting, and unrealistic expectations. Don’t forget to smile!" 🤦🏽‍♀️

But let’s be real for a moment—if your boss thinks emotional abuse is just part of the corporate culture, it’s time to rethink that paycheck, Sister.

No one, and I mean *no one*, deserves to be treated like a doormat in the name of a "career."

🚫 NO ONE 🚫

So, to all my ambitious, talented, and *way too valuable* ladies stuck in this nonsense:

❤️ YOU DESERVE BETTER ❤️

You deserve a boss who respects you, values your time, and doesn’t give you a daily headache.

And if you’re not getting that, maybe it’s time to step out and create your own thing. 💃🏽

And hey, if you’re ready to flip the script, quit the toxic circus, and start your own entrepreneurial journey—I'm here to help. 🎪

It's time for you to ditch your horrible boss and build a business where respect isn’t optional—it's the norm.

What do you say? Worth a quick convo?

“So does that mean you won't be turning in your report for tomorrow's meeting?” 🫨

My jaw dropped when I heard my client tell me that this was her manager's response when she informed her that she was being admitted to the hospital.

I wish this was an SNL skit because it would have been humorous, except it wasn't. 🤭

My client's boss was dead serious when she asked her if she would be working from the emergency room as she was being admitted to the hospital.

WHAT?!? 😱

Sadly, I’ve vicariously experienced so many ridiculous scenarios of horrible bosses treating their employees poorly that it makes my head spin.

I can't fathom being that insensitive and cruel.

However, there are millions of people who endure this kind of mistreatment all in the name of keeping their job so they can afford to put food on their table. 😪

It's not right. It was never right, but somehow it's become acceptable.

This is WHY I do the work I do. 💯

I do this work so that women like my client mentioned above never ever have to fear losing their job because they are genuinely and legitimately sick and unable to perform their tasks at work. ‼️

It's why I'm so passionate about empowering women to create their own wealth from within.

I'm curious, what's been the most outrageous thing your boss has ever said or asked you to do? 📣

I'd love to hear!

Who knows?

I might even think about writing a book one day called, “Ridiculous Things My Horrible Boss Asked Me to Do.” 🤦🏽‍♀️

So, here’s a fun fact: the average person spends **90,000 hours** of their life working. 👩‍💻

Yep, that’s 45 glorious years of blood, sweat, and tears you pour into your career. 💃

Now, picture this—giving all that precious time to an employer who barely notices your hard work, let alone knows your name.

Overworked, underpaid, and undervalued? 😞

Sounds like a dream come true, right?

Yeah, I didn't think so.

But seriously, what if you could actually spend what's left of those 45 years doing something that makes you jump out of bed in the morning?

Something that fuels your passion, lights you up, and—oh, I don’t know—actually makes you feel appreciated? ✨

Why waste the remaining years of your life building someone else’s dream when you could be creating your own?

I know it can seem overwhelming, but like anything else it can be achieved doing it one step at a time.

Don’t let what's remaining of those 90,000 hours simply be a countdown to your “golden years.” 🌇

Follow your passion, take the leap, and make every hour count for YOU. Not for some ding-a-ling boss who's also just a cog in a wheel.

Because, honestly, you deserve better than a “Thanks for your hard work” once a year at the holiday party and some goofy little trinket that'll wind up at the Goodwill a year later.

You know it's true, but the only way it changes is if you take the first step. 🔥

Why not make today the day you move one step closer to building a life that brings you everything your heart desires?

Let's go!
