Quilts of Valor presented 16 veterans with unique, patriotic quilts in honor of their service at Veterans Square in Worthington this afternoon. Veterans Square was full of supporters. American Legion Post 137 was on hand to present colors. Excellent ceremony and a fitting tribute to some of our area veterans!

New Executive Director of the Monticello Area Chamber of Commerce, Megan Beaman, was our guest of the day today. Megan shared information on Monti Days taking place this Friday and Saturday. Events begin at 5pm Friday and all day Saturday beginning at 8am.
