Wildlife at Magnolia Springs Ga St Park. I do think I posted this yet. For those who do not know, This Park was a prison Camp, "Camp Lawton" in the "War Of Northern Aggression" It was an overflow camp for Andersonville Prison. It was the largest built by the South at 42ac.? but I think liberated before being full.

Single Family Housing is Changing in The US. Investors/Developers are building and Renting Not Selling. Why sell and let the homeowner make appreciation on the home when you can rent it out covering all of the cost and get the appreciation yourself, especially if you have the Liquid capitol or credit to cover the total cost. I saw a report a few weeks back where the 3 largest brokerage houses plan on Owning 60% of ALL Homes in the US by 2030. This Video is the first subdivision I have found that is all rental No sales. I am sure they will start showing up in every price range before long
