I'm lost for words on how to describe my feelings from last night: grateful, lucky, or blessed perhaps. 💜
We witnessed nature's beautiful lights and I had the chance to practice Reiki under the night sky. It was truly magical. ✨️
It was incredible to see the lights form and eventually dance across the sky and vanish again as if it had been a dream. The stars seemed to enjoy the beauty of the lights as well as they twinkled through the Northern Lights'veil.
I'm still in awe, if I'm being honest. Nature never ceases to surprise me. I'll be daydreaming about the Northern Lights for a while now.

Story time! Of course, I saw a blogger post a photo of this archway in Colorado and I made it a priority to have a photoshoot at that destination during my last trip.
Unfortunately, as much as I had hoped for low traffic, it was quite the opposite 😂 my friend/photographer and I hadn't been able to fit in a sunrise shoot so we went in the afternoon and it was quite the experience.
Needless to say, it may have been the most frustrating photoshoot I've done and it's completely on me.
My friend and I were doing our best to be courteous to the traffic that needed to go through the tunnel. We ran back and forth whenever we saw a gap in cars and I had only seconds to pose. While we were running and posing, we had an audience on the side of the road in lawn chairs waiting for a concert happening at Red Rocks that evening. It was probably very entertaining to watch.
Somehow, I pulled myself together and Creek had enough patience for me to get some pretty great photographs. Thank you for putting up with my shenanigans and using your creative skills as my photographer. 🩷🙏🏻
For those that want to have a photoshoot in this archway, I recommend visiting at sunrise and avoiding traffic 😂
