I am a 38 year old mother of 5, I'm married to a really cool guy, and I'm just trying my best to remain sane, fit and flexible. This isn't just for my body, it's also for my mind. I hope that I can be of service to some of you with my videos, whether I inspire you to begin your own practice or to just stretch daily. Please never ever compare your practice with anyone else's. This is the way you move, this is where you are, progression happens as long as you are being consistent. I got you!
