I love what we can accomplish together 🤲🏽🌱🌻💓🙌🏽 next Double bucks corner store market pop up will be Friday September 24th.
The Colorado double bucks program allows SNAP recipients to purchase double the amount of Colorado grown produce. Fresh, local, organic☺️
Today we made pulled oyster mushrooms cooked down in a pepper and tomato sauce, 3 sisters, rice and palisade peach tea. 😘🤌🏽Some fun food facts:
The peaches use were grown at Colorado's only certified organic 4th generation family orchard.
Some of the pepper varieties that were used were developed by UC Boulder students to grow specifically in Colorado climate and have a delicate spice to them.
have the most beautiful and delicious mushrooms I have ever laid my eyes and lips on.
