🔹Instructions🔹:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Place marinated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through and glazed.

Zucchini and Mushroom Sauté
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, divided
2 small zucchinis, sliced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
1 pound of small button mushrooms, cleaned and dried
3 to 4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 teaspoons of fresh herbs, chopped (such as thyme and oregano) or 1 teaspoon of dried herbs
¼ cup of vegetable broth
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the zucchini slices to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the zucchini is fork-tender. Remove the zucchini from the skillet and set aside. If any liquid remains in the skillet, wipe it clean.
Place the skillet back on the burner. Add the remaining butter and allow it to melt over medium-high heat.
Add the onions to the skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes until they start to soften.
Introduce the mushrooms and continue to cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and have developed a nice brown color.
Mix in the garlic and herbs and cook for an additional 20 seconds.
Return the zucchini to the skillet and stir to combine with the mushrooms. Heat through for about 1 minute.
Pour in the vegetable broth and allow the mixture to cook for another 2 minutes.
Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan before serving.

Homemade Asian Dipping Sauces to enhance the flavors of your Asian dish.

Recipes 👇

1. Dumpling Sauce

3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chili garlic oil
1 green onion (optional)
1 tsp sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Stir to mix.
Dip each dumpling as you eat, or pour the sauce over a bowl of hot dumplings. Enjoy!

2. Sweet Chili Sauce

1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tsp dried chili flakes
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water (the sauce will thicken more once cooled)

Place all of the ingredients except for the cornstarch mixture in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring regularly. Once the sugar is dissolved stir in the cornstarch mixture, stirring continually until thickened, about 1 minute. Let the sauce cool completely, pour into an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator. Will keep for up to a week. Makes about 1 cup.

3. Peanut Sauce

½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup hoisin sauce
⅔ cup boiling water (or coconut soda)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice or vinegar
1 tablespoon Chili oil
crushed roasted peanuts, for serving(optional)

Boil water on the stove or in the microwave.

In a medium mixing bowl, add boiling water, peanut butter, hoisin sauce, and lime juice (or vinegar). Mix until well combined. Note: The sauce will thicken up as it cools down. Add more water, if needed, to reach your desired consistency.

Spoon some into individual dipping bowls. Garnish with crushed roasted peanuts or more chili oil.

4. Yum Yum Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons water

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Preferably overnight for best flavor results. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge where it will keep for up to a week. Makes 1 1/4 cups.

Homemade Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz) crushed San Marzano tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon sugar (balances acidity)

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, and sugar.

Let the sauce sit for 30 minutes at room temperature for the best flavor. If short on time, you can use it immediately.

Spread over pizza dough, then add toppings and bake. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Homemade Marinara Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes (San Marzano for best flavor)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in crushed tomatoes and stir. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes, and sugar.

Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in basil in the last 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Bruschetta Topping

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Garnish

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Remove from the skillet, let rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
