We wanted to give a huge shoutout to our CRM system, Dubsado.

When it came to our business, we knew we needed something to help us keep up with our couples and ensure a seamless process for them & us throughout planning.

Honestly, there is a lot to love about using a CRM that has you first in mind. We love that we can customize our pipeline to help us keep track of our communication with couples who are inquiring, in the planning stage, or that we have edits in process with! It’s also perfect for our couples to use as they have access to a customized portal where they can track payments, emails, and any forms we need them to fill out.

All in all, if you’re a business starting out or just looking for something to help you during the busy season - this is go-to system in our opinion!
