Charlie Wayne Morrill, former member of the 80’s rock band, The Bullet Boys, started Platinum Rose in 2009. Although the band is still relatively new, they have crashed their way into the hard rock music scene. “Music lovers, particularly those who like the heavier, alternative style rock have become bored,” said Manager, Tracy O’Neill. “Platinum Rose has given rockers a reason to be excited again. I've seen a lot of bands and musicians throughout my years, and Platinum Rose is the first band to get my attention in a very long time. They know how to put on a show. They know how to “feed the fans” and get them engaged. Very few bands have this kind of talent and I’m looking forward to great success with these guys.”

Platinum Rose has been noticed by the motion picture industries, both from the Indie world, and from Major Film Producers. A deal has been made with Flickering Candle Productions to have three of their songs in their latest film, “The Deadliest Gender” which has all the makings of becoming the next “B Movie, Cult Classic”. The band is currently in negotiations with other filmmakers for future soundtrack additions.
Platinum Rose has been featured on local & national media outlets including VivaNashville and Hardrock Haven.

This hard-core rockin' trio brings excitement & originality to the stage. Charlie Wayne is one screamin' machine as lead vocalist for the group & a rip roarin' guitarist. Val West is a badass bass player who steals your very soul with the eyes of a madman! Rod Saylor on drums is the backbone of the band with thunderous flair & expertise (not to mention a smile that drives the ladies wild!). Each member has had their own successes in previous years & now that they are connected through Platinum Rose there's no stopping them now!

Did someone say TACOS? Let's taco-bout it! We said tacos and some good music 💃🕺🏻 Deming Elks will have their Friday meal this Friday at the lodge.. tacos, rice, beans and the fixings! Also we are excited to announce DJ ATM will be spinning the tunes for us from 7-11. This will be a great night to come enjoy some food and great music. Who doesn't like tacos???? We love tacos!
