For your information, the Pelican Bay Master Board of Director’s will hold a Special Meeting this coming Monday, August 1, at 6:00 p.m. at the Master Homeowner’s Association Office. Daytona Beach City Commissioner Stacy Cantu will be in attendance at this meeting and is scheduled to provide an update on City efforts to negotiate with developers regarding the possible construction of the Whimbrel Drive “Third Gate.”



A limited number of residents (35) can attend this meeting in person, i.e. first come, first serve. Others can join the meeting via ZOOM using the below link.
