Hello everyone,hope y'all doing great.So alot of our clients turn to ask how they could store their mushrooms since they receive them in a vacuum sealed bag shipped by us...This seems to be a real problem to some of our clients..

Store in mason jar with silica jelly packs in a cool,dark place...you want to keep oxygen and light out and you don't want them to get too hot or cold...freezing them is one of the worst things you can do storage wise just as a fyi...if they are not cracker dry I would throw them in a dehydrator for a few hours before you jar them up...they will stay good for years if you store them this way
