2023 Recap and the Future of Vanquish Studios: Merry Christmas from our family to yours! If you’re reading this, you’ve been in our lives through the good, bad, and the ugly. December has always been a time of introspection for us. How did we do this year as a facility, what projects did we succeed on, what were our failures, and how are people connecting to us… Winning friends and influencing people (in a digital world) has always been our desire through heartfelt service and ministry. We work with all likes and genres of people, from as far as they will come, and for that we are so thankful and honored. Where to start… January 2023 started fierce. Our main focus was to get our Vanquish University Masterclass off the ground and launch into that arena. We also were aggressively focused on putting our efforts into really marketing the facility, team, and work we’ve accomplished through the years with an actual marketing plan… relaunch the brand with new websites that gave behind the curtain access to our clients and ministry family. Oh what a plan WE had scheduled!! God had something completely different in mind for our 2023! In April we uprooted and relocated our lives to Palm Coast, Florida. Located on Florida’s northeast coast, Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches are a quirky coastal escape that features unspoiled natural beauty. Growing by about 10k people a year, its future is looking a lot like it’s being turned into the next South Florida. Vanquish Studios just turned 16. For almost two decades, we have been anchored in Davie Florida. If you’ve been to Vanquish Studios “South” you know that there are very few places like it in the industry. What was meant to be a hang out for musicians became a real studio almost overnight. The DNA of what the old school studios had is what was put into us from day 1. The room, the gear, the atmosphere. We call it the “6 star experience” when people are headed in. What a God blessing that has been a part of our journey. With all that being said, as of January 2024, the property, home, studio space, and whatever else a potential buyer would want, will be up for grabs and FOR SALE. We are still shell shocked by the season we are in, but the reward has been something that only God’s hand can orchestrate. It sounds weird saying, but after 16 years, it feels like we are just getting starting. We are being given only a glimpse of what the next chapter will be for Vanquish and we still can’t fathom it. When you step out of the boat in faith, like Peter did towards Jesus, you step into a flow that is the most thrilling, gut wrenching, addicting ride you’ll ever experience… and it’s because you are walking by Faith, not by reason or a plan on a piece of paper. God writes your story daily when you stay in the flow of that faith step. For the future of Vanquish Studios “South” we plan on having a space that is Vanquish approved and vetted IF and when the studio space is no longer under the supervision of Vanquish Studios. We have so many clients and friends in South Florida that are weekly bookings… do not fret! The quality, work ethic, and class of Vanquish will be present for all of your future projects, whether it stays right where it is, or we relocate it in the tri-County area to another facility. As for Palm Coast, the hub and epicenter of Vanquish Studios, we have a phenomenal sounding room and tracking space - As we prepare for the 2nd phase of the move to enlarge the experience, this room is allowing us to accomplish everything we did in Davie and even more. Access to us is possible by 3 to 4 major airports. As for Davie, we hurt at the thought of that room potentially no longer being there, but no one knows the future. Until further notice, WE ARE OPEN for business. We have an incredible team running the place and I am traveling back almost weekly for projects. It’s such an exciting time and season!
