This has been a stressful last two months and I know the changes that need to be made! I promise things are in the works as we go into the new year. With that being said PCC is looking to bring on someone to help manage emails and messaging. At the end of the day, it’s not possible for me to do it all anymore. Which is a good problem to have but I’m behind on messages and just can’t maintain it all. 🙃

• I will not accept personal PM’s, the amount of pms I get on not only this account but my personal Facebook at all hours of the night is crazy. Tracking is now sent via email through square. CHECK THOSE EMAILS! When I get 60 messages on “where is my order” it pushes customs down and there just isn’t enough hours in the day for me to get through them all.

• Order questions should ONLY be emailed to PCC. This will hopefully clear up my inbox and response time will be better. It’s been a nightmare trying to get through everyone’s messages.

Bloomfield Emboss Update! 🎉

We are shipping! FINALLY! Many tears were shed in this process, I tell ya. The frustration on perfecting the ink… you don’t even wanna know. 🤣 The ink has finally been perfected and we are rolling. During this crazy process I was able to chat with many manufacturers out of country, China mainly. And now a little shop in Davenport Nebraska was able to perfect it!

Again, I thank you all for the grace on this preorder.
It was something to be learned as this product is VERY new! But we did it! So Bloomfield, apparel is coming! 🎉
