Listennnn, there was absolutely no way I would’ve been the successful stylist I was before I stepped from behind the chair at year 17 without God! Absolutely no way!
Showing up in a salon atmosphere as a “Professional stylist” was scary. I felt more would be expected of me that I wasn’t able to provide.
There were times I’d be behind my client PRAYING that they were satisfied with the talent God blessed me with (my exact prayer, literally lol)—-and he met me right where I was everytime!
When you understand that God is the source, your resources will never go lacking.
He bought the people that wanted what I had to offer at every stage of my career. (Even when my work was jacked up—let me tell it). Not only would they pay, they tipped.
God is a God that will give you favor with him AND with man. He will bring people that will give grace and have patience with you during your journey! All you have to do is:
✨Trust and Partner with Christ (pray even in those scary challenging moments in business)
✨Allow him to build that muscle (this means PRACTICE your skillset on your off days)
✨Show up (even when you don’t have any appointments for that day especially if you’re in open floor salon)
…and watch him multiply what you have in your hands.

In this video I parted out triangle sections all through out the unit and took a few inches off using a disposable eye brow archer for that natural flowy look! Easy peasy!
Removing weight and adding layers to your units doesn’t have to be complicated! This is one of the first techniques I’ve ever learned and still use it to this day…depending on what looks I’m trying to achieve!
