Alpha Leagues is a minority founded, diverse organization dedicated to empowering primarily minority young women, youths and teens to achieve their fullest potential, by providing educational, leadership, volunteer and fun event opportunities. chaptered in several school districts and offered on select and various school campuses and/or recreations center in the Dallas Ft Worth & Greater Houston M

etroplex. Established in September 2015, this youth Greek Organization is unique and strides to create a program where minority kids, youths, teens and young adults can cultivate and grow into strong future leaders through an environment of working together with educators, current, past and future leaders, mentors, like minded organizations. Through community service, acts of kindness, ambition, and a strong desire for excellence, AFL stands on providing a foundation that nourishes and groom our participants for growth. We provide platforms, education, guidance, support and leadership that will make a positive and esteemed impact on the lives and community we serve, primarily focusing on the advancement and leadership of young ladies. As a local chapter in the Dallas Ft Worth area, we have accomplished so much and look forward to reaching new heights as we continue to grow or participants and program. In addition, AFL we expanded to the Greater Houston area in 2020 and as of August 2021, we are proud to announce the addition to our organization to include young men, Alpha Male League [AML] under the Alpha Female League, Inc. As we hope to continue to lay the foundation and plant roots, we hope that you and other like minded organizations help us through your support, donations, volunteering and mentoring, or other ways in which you can help us help our future leaders.

Our Story

Alpha Female League, Inc. is uniquely created and designed to enrich the lives of young females ages Kindergarten to age 25, to help and guide them through life and becoming strong future female leaders, the League also provides many other programs like mentoring, volunteering, leadership training and opportunities, educational opportunities and life skills to name a few, which some will include young men as well. The League was also created for another very important reason, which is to assist young women with low self-esteem, since of failure, lack of respect and self-respect, at risk and to combat teen pregnancy and drop outs.

Mission: Providing guidance to young girls and guys to becoming leaders, promote self-pride and self-esteem, build confidence, and provide an avenue to self-discovery and becoming the best them they can be, through talent coaching, guidance and support.
